On Saturday, December 10, get to Migas for their Christmas Drag Ball Extravaganza. Join Beijing’s finest drag queens and kings, and celebrate Christmas the colorful way. With a friendly and fun disco soundtrack provided by Migas’ residents, Boflex and Nassdak, this holiday installment of Disco Extravaganza will be a night to remember and is organized in collaboration with Queer Comrades. That same weekend, on Sunday December 11, you can also enjoy a piano solo by Giorgio Fortunato at 8pm at PIFO Gallery in 798. Tickets are RMB 150, all of which will go to the Beijinger Gender Health Education Institute (BGHEI). To get tickets, scan the QR code in the poster above.
And finally, you'd better be quick and register for Drag Bingo with Tiger Lily (pictured at top) on December 17 at Palms LA (Liangmaqiao location) by emailing AJ before seats get booked up. The fun kicks off at 7.30pm, with lots of prizes to be won. Bingo cards are RMB 10 per card (and RMB 50 for six, RMB 100 for 13) with all proceeds going to BGHEI too to support gender health education in China.
